On receipt of order we send an acknowledgment email  bearing our reference number. Please check that the details are correct and let us know within 3 days of receipt if you find a discrepancy, otherwise we will not be responsible for mistakes in your order.


Please use the box below the payment button to input the required wording for rosette centers, tail blocking and sash printing plus in brackets which script you would prefer (a general text is used for centers) if not we will use Ariel or Times New Roman.


If the colour combination that you would prefer is not available, please email with your requirements


All measurements are approximate and descriptions on both web site and brochure are for guidance only.


It will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any motifs specified do not infringe copyright.



If absolutely necessary we reserve the right to substitute colours from those ordered.


All goods remain the property of Coronet Rosettes until the account is settled in full.


Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyers address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.When ordering please specify on the order form the date you wish to receive your order plus the date of your Show or Presentation.
If you have not received your order by the due date you must inform us IMMEDIATELY.

No responsibility for shortages, errors or damages will be accepted unless they are reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. After this time the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods as delivered.

Regrettably mistakes can happen. If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact our sales by email or telephone, we will try to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.

Return postage/carriage is at the customers expense unless the delivery arrived damaged or the return is an incorrect item.

All personalized products are non refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


While we will always if possible process your order when you cannot avoid ordering at short notice we do ask that you give us at least 3 weeks notice. Orders received within 7 working days of your show will be sent Automatically on Overnight Carrier or Special Delivery and the costs added to your invoice.

If last minute orders mean we need to change our production schedules. This will cause extra expenses and effort and will incur a surcharge. This surcharge will apply to any orders wanted within 7 working days 10% you will be notified by email if this applies.

If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up or rearrange delivery.
